To initiate a return:

– Navigate to “Orders” tab.
– Choose the item you wish to return and click on return button.
And with a single click, your cancellation and return will be taken care of.

Yes, a refund will be processed once we receive the returned item and complete an inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria.
You will be notified via email once your refund is initiated.
Refunds to your original payment method are typically processed within 2-3 business days—because we know every moment counts for our community of go-getters.

– For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 2 – 3 business days after the return is received and approved.
– For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, you will need to fill out a form providing your bank account details. Once verified, the refund will be transferred to your account within 2 business days.
